About Kodiac
We created Kodiac to help organisations connect with their customers' AI, without years of transformation or leaving valuable systems and knowledge behind. We believe this change should be achievable, useful from the start, and something you can shape at your own pace.
01 Why we started
People increasingly ask AI to help them discover, compare and decide. Yet the information that could help them make a better choice often sits inside an organisation's existing systems, disconnected from those conversations.
That gap is what motivated Kodiac. Organisations have spent decades building knowledge about what they do and who they serve. We want to help them put it to work in this new environment, with a say in what they share and how they engage.

We're building Kodiac around three beliefs.

04 Where we're going
We want customers' AI assistants and agents to get current answers directly from the organisations responsible for them. As attention moves to AI, there should be someone to ask: a Brand Agent that answers only from what the organisation has approved, connected to the systems that maintain it.
Our aim is simple: help organisations play an active part in the Agentic Web.
